Someone posted on the AE Modular forum a while back about producing 'minimalist'/phase music, in the vein of Steve Reich, so I've had the germ of this in my head for a while now. By CV-controlling the lo-fi delay unit with a slow LFO, it is possible to slip a phrase against itself (and back again), so that's what I did. I also ran the envelope gate through an inverter and used it to trigger another envelope so that there are alternating notes. The low drone is simply a filter opening and closing, driven by the slow LFO — ambient noises are obviously from the Sennheiser.

I felt that the sound pallete was rather Raymond Scott like, hence the name of the track: "Raymond Scott/Steve Reich"
